The bungalow is located in a new parceled area in Leopoldsdorf near Vienna. The flat sites without trees and mainly with no neighbouring buildings yet allow all architectural options, but also views from all sides. This situation – together with the client’s wish of barrier free design – led to the concept of a one storey cuboid, using the maximum building density, with engraved corners and niches, creating many relations to the exterior by at the same time maximizing the interior’s privacy.
